The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy and development of our business, ensuring profitability and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in commercial management.\n\n \n\nWhat you will be doing:\n\nDevelop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.\n\nAnalyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.\n\nManage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.\n\nOversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.\n\nMonitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.\n\nLead and mentor the commercial team (Account Managers & Telesales) to enhance performance and productivity.\n\nAbout you:\n\nExperience in commercial management or a similar role delivering growth through existing and new business.\n\nExceptional negotiation skills, planning and execution.\n\nExcellent commercial acumen and knowledge of the key profit levers \n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh energy levels and the ability to perform in a fast-moving and pressured environment and deliver to tight deadlines\n\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProven ability to lead and motivate a team.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
