Requirements/ Qualifications



Commercial gas qualifications: COCN1/ CORT1/ CIGA1/ CDGA1/ TPCP1/ TPCP1A

COMCATs (for gas safety checks only)

Experience on service and repair of commercial heating equipment

Full driving license

CP42 experience is an advantage Duties:



Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on gas systems to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Safety Compliance: Conduct safety checks, inspections, and tests to verify that gas systems are operating safely and efficiently. Identify and rectify any safety hazards or compliance issues.

Emergency Response: Respond to emergency call-outs for gas-related issues, diagnosing problems quickly, and implementing effective solutions to restore service.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including service reports, safety inspections, and equipment documentation.

Field based meeting clients - Customer facing position  Package:



Basic salary up to £44,000 - £48,000 – (£21 - £23ph)

40hr working week

Door to door travel

Call out 1 in 5 - £100 standby

Overtime paid at X1.5 Mon – Sat / x2 Sundays & BH & After 8pm x1.5

Van – private use

Holiday allowance 25 days +8 bank holidays
