Mobile Commercial Gas EngineerSalary: £44,000 (overtime after 42 hours + on-call)Location: Crewe with regional travelWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our Facility Maintenance clients. The role will be covering Crewe with regional travel and comes with a salary of £44,000.Responsibilities for Commercial Gas EngineerPerform scheduled maintenance tasks within required timeframesConduct PPM, proactive and reactive maintenance on commercial combustion, heating, and HVAC systemsCarry out additional building services maintenance, including fabric, mechanical, and HVAC-related tasksProvide callout support as per the designated rotaMaintain cleanliness and order in plant rooms, workshops, and storage areasExecute new installations, major and minor repair works on client heating systemsDiagnose and repair system faults, including basic electrical fault-findingRequirements for Commercial Gas EngineerProven experience in reactive maintenanceCore Safety Certification: COCN1Commercial Gas Certifications: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1Desirable Domestic Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1Strong installation capabilitiesValid UK Drivers LicenseIf the Commercial Gas Engineer role has taken your interest, or you have any questions, apply with your latest CV and I will be in touch to discuss the next steps of your application.Ross Stott @UtiliseTPBN1_UKTJ
