Commercial Gas Engineer\n\nLocation: Liverpool\nSalary: £45,000\nBenefits: Company van & fuel card, iPad, flue gas analyser, uniform, ongoing training\n\nA leading building services provider is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive gas maintenance, fault diagnosis, installations, and minor plumbing work across commercial and domestic systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on heating/combustion systems\n\n * Complete installations, improvements, and basic electrical fault finding\n\n * Maintain plant rooms, stock, and ensure compliance with safety standards\n\n * Accurately complete all documentation and reporting\n\n * Work across commercial and domestic systems\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\n\n * ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas certified CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, CIGA1, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Strong experience in gas servicing, maintenance, and repairs\n\n * Flexible and proactive approach\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * Competitive salary (£38k–£45k DOE)\n\n * Company van & fuel card\n\n * 20 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Structured call-out rota\n\n * iPad & flue gas analyser\n\n * Full uniform & ongoing training\n\nApply now to join a professional team with long-term growth opportunities
