We are currently looking for a Commercial Electrician Multi-Family to join our Team!
Job summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Electrician with proven experience in multi-family residential construction. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, and local electrical codes, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in multi-family and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Layout and install electrical systems including conduit, panels, breakers, switches, receptacles, and lighting.
- Perform electrical rough-in and finish work according to code and project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements (OSHA, NEC, local codes).
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.

Pay Range: $62.00-66.00/hr.- Depending on Experience
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or technical school .
- Valid state electrician's license (Journeyman or Master Electrician, as applicable).
- 3+ years of experience in commercial electrical work with specific experience in multi-family projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC codes, and local building codes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience with fire alarm systems, data cabling, and building automation systems
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
