Translate our global vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with targets and growth aspirations.Inspirational Leader: Provide cultural and team leadership, driving change and fostering a collaborative environment.Change Management: Lead initiatives to drive transformation and cultural integration.Financial Expert: Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for our commercial operations.Matrix Navigator: Cultivate relationships across the Essity matrix. Collaborate directly or indirectly to align targets with strategic objectives.Market Shaper:Establish strategic alliances with end users and distribution partners.
