KHS&S Contractors, one of the nation's top wall and ceiling contractors, is seeking experienced individuals to oversee field operations for interior/exterior components of large commercial construction projects in Brevard County and Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise projects to completion within predetermined schedule and budget
• Enforce safety standards at all times
• Overseeing field staff, training and equipment needs
• Daily inspection to ensure quality work and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years experience as a construction superintendent in the specialty trades
• Understanding metal framing, drywall and interior and exterior finishes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
• Strong knowledge of safety requirements and procedures
• Proven track record of working well with general contractors, subcontractors and field employees
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must be able to work indoors or outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather and loud environments
• Bilingual English and Spanish would be beneficial
