Commercial Construction Superintendent - Level II

• Brevard County, FL (90% of projects are local!)
• Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Quarterly Profit Sharing + 401(k) Match + Vehicle Allowance

We are seeking a Level II Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage projects up to $15 million and oversee 25-30 subcontractors. If you have a strong leadership background in commercial construction, site safety, and project management, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Lead site safety, productivity, scheduling, and quality control.
• Work alongside the Project Manager to execute the project plan.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and AHJs to maintain compliance and strong relationships.
• Develop, maintain, and update 4-week look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure material quality, and project documentation.
• Conduct safety meetings, enforce job site safety protocols, and report incidents.
• Review and interpret construction documents, RFIs, and submittals.
• Assist in project change orders and punch list completion.
• Utilize project management software (Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, etc.).

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial projects valued at $5M - $15M.
• Proven ability to manage 20+ subcontractors efficiently.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• CPR & First Aid Certification (we can provide this training)
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, SWPPP compliance (we can provide this training), and safety regulations.
• Experience with RFI submissions, quality assurance, and problem-solving.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, project management software).
