We are seeking a Construction PM/Superintendent to help us keep up with existing and projected work volume. We are a lean, nimble group seeking a PM/Super with 5+ years of experience who can immediately step in as a Project Lead to manage all aspects of a project life cycle. Budgeting, subcontractor negotiations, project planning, scheduling, buildout execution. including but not limited to scope vetting, subcontractor awards, project planning, scheduling, and buildout execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Must be willing to travel (nationally).
• Must take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Must be tenacious and unrelenting.
• Must be willing to fill in at any level where there's an immediate need.
• Must come with ideas to improve methods and processes and be brave enough to present them.
• Must have a higher standard for quality control than the most particular client.
• Must be an over-communicator.
• Must be a leader.
• Must be able to solve problems creatively.
• Must love a fast pace and relish the hustle.
• Must love construction!

PREFERENCES:

• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive/365.
• College degree
