We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success through effective management, monitoring, communication and customer service. This includes managing schedules, budgets and resources while ensuring quality control and compliance with safety regulations. Strong leadership, management and computer skills as well as attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams is a must to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail/detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lead and manage effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft office/Excel/Word/Outlook
• Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills
• Willing to travel extensively - First project could be in Iowa
• Five years' experience in the construction industry - at least 2 years as a Project Manager is
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and industry standards
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Bi-Lingual – English and Spanish is a plus
