Established General Contractor with 30 years' experience in the construction industry.

The company has a strong track record in completing a wide range of commercial projects with a strong focus on large commercial projects work for a variety of sectors.

They are employee owned and have excellent staff retention and opportunity for career advancement whilst offering highly competitive compensation schemes.

They are seeking an experienced, reliable and ambitious Construction Project Manager to join their team on an immediate basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Project Meetings with Owners and subcontractors
• Adherence to safety standards
• Exceed profit expectations
• Manage project budget
• Collaborate on pre-construction packages.
• RFIs and submittals
• Work closely with site superintendents.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers

Experience Required

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction - interiors or ground-up
• Experience using PROCORE is but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
