Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an in-house Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, time management, work order creation, payroll time tracking, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of ongoing projects from setup through billing
- Administer proposals, change orders, submittals, transmittals, and associated logs
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Instruct and manage onsite personnel and subcontractors with unique project details
- Interact with project foreman, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, DOB, and clients
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and vendors to receive the best numbers and service possible
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, and adhere to original plans and specs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Strong skills with MS Office Suite, MS Projects, and construction management documentation
- Strong leadership qualities, and negotiation skills is crucial
- Must be deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
