Position Description

We are a medium-sized commercial construction company handling projects ranging from $500,000 to $8 million across industrial, medical, office, government, education, retail, and restaurant sectors. Most projects are in El Paso County, with some in surrounding counties.

Ideal Candidate:
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Skilled in reading & interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledgeable in building codes, health department, and city requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and an online job management program
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Safety-conscious with OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Bid projects, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and present detailed estimates to clients.
• Obtain permits, manage documents, and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules
• Supervise on-site teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings (kick-offs, progress reviews, evaluations) and manage project documentation.
