Job Description

• Plan and Drawing Management
• Review/interpret documents and filtering information to appropriate people
• Research and obtain information of various type from various sources as needed.
• Processing submittals
• Review and Interpret specifications
• Organize and prepare O & M manuals
• Maintain organized and detailed project records
• Assist Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
• Maintain construction files and logs
• Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders
• Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFls, RFPs and ASIs bid data, specs, and plans.
• Update construction schedule based on project team input
• Assist In preparation of monthly owner project status reports
• Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes

Skills:

• Familiarity with construction terms and plans, and desire to work in the industry
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time management
• Knowledge of Procore software a +
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge of construction and architectural plans and documents
• (Accounting/Project Management Software) Knowing Computer Ease is a huge plus. Also, provides assistance in administrative duties for Project Managers.
