Commercial Construction Company looking to hire a project coordinator/jr. estimator. Experience in the commercial construction industry and or education in a related field . This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train someone who is dependable, has good work ethic and is coachable.
Duties include:
· Review project specifications
· Update bid sheets
· Compile/evaluate quotes for projects
· Coordinate with GC’s and subcontractors
· Compile and review submittals
· Assist project managers and estimating department
· Assist project manager with establishing schedules
· Initiate PO’s for equipment and materials
· Manage and coordinate job progress photos
· Assist project manager with various meetings regarding projects
· Administrative tasks as required to ensure projects run smoothly
· Site visits and punch list items
