Job DescriptionJob Description

Turnkey Services seeking entry level to experienced estimator to assist Senior estimator for take offs of multifamily and hotel projects for the Midwest and Southeast regions. Duties include:

• Downloading and uploading of plans from client portal to estimating software (square take off)
• Creation of job in Buildertrend (filling out job and client data)
• Utilizing estimating software for measurement quantities
• Ensuring correct market material pricing
• Downloading excel spreadsheet with quantities (spreadsheet created automatically from estimating software) into google drive

Experience desired

• Estimating of framing insulation drywall and paint.
• Familiar with square take off
• Computer skills
• Understanding of architectural plans

The position starts part-time quickly moves to full-time based off of experience and efficiency of estimator. Turnkey Services is a rapidly growing construction company across the U.S.

position to include company phone laptop. Office space paid holidays no weekends part-time shifts are at employees discretion 9 AM to 1 PM or 1 PM to 5 PM. Management tracks available. Position reviewed at 30 and 90 days for pay increase and or hour increase
