We are seeking a Commercial Construction Cleaning Team Member to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly project. This role requires working in an outside environment performing general cleaning tasks to maintain a consistently clean appearance around the project site.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as sweeping and vacuuming of floors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Conduct clean-up of exterior project site disposing of misc. trash and debris
• Comply with all required safety requirements

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload in an outside environment
• Works well with other team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• OSHA-10 or 30 certifications and strong promotion of safety culture
