We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager to assist in overseeing field operations on large-scale, high-value projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, schedule and subcontractor management, and strict attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day field operations for high-dollar commercial projects
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, schedules, inspections, and materials
  • Ensure strict job site safety, code compliance, and quality standards
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and daily reports
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients
  • Lead and participate in job site meetings and progress reviews
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently without compromising schedule or budget

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale or high-dollar commercial builds
  • Must provide a portfolio of completed commercial projects
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction software and scheduling tools
  • OSHA 30 Certification ()
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits
