We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager to assist in overseeing field operations on large-scale, high-value projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, schedule and subcontractor management, and strict attention to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations for high-dollar commercial projects
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, schedules, inspections, and materials
- Ensure strict job site safety, code compliance, and quality standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation and daily reports
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients
- Lead and participate in job site meetings and progress reviews
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently without compromising schedule or budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage large-scale or high-dollar commercial builds
- Must provide a portfolio of completed commercial projects
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction software and scheduling tools
- OSHA 30 Certification ()
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits
