Job DescriptionJob Description

A real estate company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to take care of 4 buildings. You will make plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry repairs, outdoor work, handle repair or replace air conditions, fixtures, install electric outlet switches, and perform general building maintenance. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have prior building maintenance experience, must have basic tools, must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious, must have leather skid proof shoes, and must have own reliable transportation. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that is HVAC Certified is .
