MUST HAVE Cooling Towers, Generators, Fire Systems experience
- equipment inspections
- major repairs coordination
- experience with cooling towers, generators, chillers, fire systems
- HVAC experience
- Commercial building experience only
- Good computer skills, Excel, Word and Outlook
