Our client is a leading service provider in the solar PV industry. They are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join their Polish team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, stakeholders, and financial performance while ensuring profitability and minimizing risks. You will work closely with internal and external partners to drive efficiency and support the development of their asset management department.

Tasks

• Manage contracts, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks within asset management.
• Develop financial plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Oversee financial controlling and payment processing.
• Prepare and analyse commercial asset management reports.
• Support the establishment and expansion of the asset management department and service sales in Poland.

Profile

• At least three years of professional experience in commercial management and financial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, audits, taxation, and stakeholder management in solar projects.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Very good English and Polish skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong time management skills and detail-oriented way of working.
