Architect – Commercial, Design-Led (2–3 Years PQE)

Location: Waterloo, London

Salary: Up to £43,000 (DOE)


The Role

We are seeking a talented Architect with 2–3 years post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded, design-led practice in Waterloo. The studio specialises in thoughtful, commercial architecture and is known for delivering elegant, carefully detailed projects.


You’ll be joining a collaborative team of designers, in a supportive studio environment, and this is an opportunity to work across all stages on commercial projects with genuine design responsibility and client exposure.


Key Details

  • Specialism: Commercial, design-led projects
  • Software: ArchiCAD (training will be provided if Revit is your strongest software)
  • Salary: Up to £43,000 (depending on experience)
  • Holiday: 25 days holiday (including the Christmas break)
  • Working Pattern: 4 days in the studio, Fridays from home

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality commercial projects in London is essential
  • Technically adept, with a proven ability to resolve architectural challenges and manage projects through to completion on site
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Experienced in leading design coordination, working closely with contractors and consultants as the lead designer
  • Proficient in Revit or ArchiCAD, with exceptional design sensibility and technical capability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Collaborative and personable, with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
