POSITION: Commercial Account Manager - Lubricants

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION: Corpus Christi, Texas

SUMMARY: Looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to grow our customer base and manage existing accounts in the Houston, TX area.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in commercial, industrial, and energy sectors
  • Drive new business development and identify sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through service excellence and consultative selling
  • Conduct in-person site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions
  • Generate accurate quotes and proposals, and close deals efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth service execution
  • Maintain sales activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Meet or exceed quarterly gross profit and new business acquisition targets
  • Report on performance metrics and contribute to team targets

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Fuel or lubricant sales experience
  • Strong understanding of industrial, manufacturing, or energy industries
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce )
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
