We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role is to oversee a commercial portfolio which will include new business clients as well as current clients. The Account Executives will actively seek new sales opportunities. The account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships customers and connecting with the account executives. The Account Manager is responsible preparing Acord applications, supplemental applications and market the accounts to carriers for quotes. The Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including customer service and product development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
