We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Collision Repair Estimator. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless collision repair experience. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and exceptional organizational skills.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Prior Experience: At least one year previous experience as an estimator or similar role is required.
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly and positive demeanor is essential for this role. The ability to handle customer inquiries with a smile is a must.
  • Teachable-Willing to Learn: We value individuals who are open to learning and adapting to new processes. Training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is eager to develop their skills.
  • Punctual: Timeliness is crucial in providing excellent customer service. The candidate should be consistently punctual to ensure smooth operations.
  • Multi-Tasking: The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. This role involves answering phones, updating customer information, tracking/notating files, and managing vehicle check-ins with photo documentation.


Plus:

  • College Diploma: A college diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in more than one is a plus, as it can enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
  • Prior Experience: More than one year of previous experience as an estimator or similar role is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Write Repair Estimate: Write a complete repair blueprint.
  • Diagnose: Diagnose initial collision damage.
  • Answer Phones: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Update Customers: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process.
  • Track/Notate Files: Maintain organized records by tracking and notating customer files. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy.
  • Check In Vehicles/Photo Documentation: Manage the check-in process for vehicles, including thorough photo documentation.
  • Negotiate repairs with responsible parties.
