Coffee Field Service Technician

Arabica Coffee Company has been an industry leading coffee roaster based in Bergen County for over 30 years. We are committed to supplying the highest quality product and offering unparalleled service and support. We are currently hiring a Field Service Technician to join our growing team.

As our Field Service Technician, you will be responding to service calls for coffee and espresso machines. You will be responsible for diagnosing various types of coffee machine malfunctions and repairing them on-site at our customer's premises.

Technical experience is encouraged, but training can be provided for a candidate with the desire, motivation and skill set to learn. Those with experience in the hospitality industry, and who exhibit strong mechanical skills or aptitude, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Installation and removal of equipment

• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues with coffee and espresso equipment

• Calibration and testing of coffee equipment

A company vehicle will be provided.

Operating Hours Are Between 7:00AM and 3:00PM, Some overtime may be required. Must be available to be on call 1 Weekend per month between 7:00AM and 4:00PM
