What Your Role Entails:

  • Travel to clients' premises to adeptly install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and control systems.
  • Draw upon a vast array of tools, from manuals to technical documents, collaborating with internal teams and vendor representatives to tackle machine-related issues.
  • Maintain detailed records regarding machine issues, repairs, and installations, ensuring all necessary documentation reaches proper channels within the office and client systems.
  • Lead efforts in preventive maintenance, facilitating superior after-sales technical support and training sessions.
  • Achieve a thorough understanding of the machine tool sector and the varied product lines we represent.
