Your Impact
- Transform engineering intent into precision parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment using Mazatrol and G/M code.
- Span multiple platforms—CNC horizontals, verticals, turning centers, plus manual lathes and grinders—covering at least three machine categories.
- Engineer robust setups: choose tooling and fixtures, establish offsets, and build standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring.
- Interpret drawings, work instructions, and BOMs; verify critical features with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain tight tolerances.
- Own quality and uptime: identify defects, adjust processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Document with discipline: complete production logs, setup sheets, work orders, material usage, and deviation reports accurately and on time.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers and supervisors to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion safety—attend monthly EHS training, wear required PPE, and promptly report hazards or incidents.
Your Background
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of CNC programming.
- Experience with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses).
- Skilled with precision metrology (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Able to read technical drawings, blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Clear communicator; proactive problem solver with strong time management, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
- Physical/technical: lift up to 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs team; operate within test pressures not exceeding 30,000 PSI.

- 2+ years in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
- Computer fluency: SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook.
- Track record programming high‑complexity parts with Mazatrol and G/M code.
Technical Proficiencies
- Equipment troubleshooting; CNC tooling; CNC programming.
- CNC machine repair and installation; troubleshooting CNC machines.
- Manual machining skills; blueprint reading; Microsoft Excel; basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication; manufacturing environment experience; HS/GED.
