Two Paths, One Purpose
We are hiring for two complementary engineering profiles. Choose the lane that fits your strengths—or bring cross-coverage if you span both.
Profile A: CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer
Core requirement: Deep Mastercam programming expertise.
What you’ll do:
- Develop CNC programs and tool paths for complex aerospace components
- Provide hands-on machining optimization on the floor
- Collaborate with production, quality, and design to enhance manufacturability
- Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tooling, and process robustness
Profile B: Process Engineer
Core requirement: Extensive ERP experience—ideally owning or building workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Create routings, author process documentation, and standardize workflows
- Configure and integrate ERP, maintaining clean, accurate data
- Support production planning and ensure process readiness at launch
- Coordinate across engineering, quality, and operations to keep work moving
