About the Role:
Staff Force is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a growing team in the plastics manufacturing industry. You’ll be responsible for programming CNC and 5-axis machines, improving processes, and supporting operators to ensure precision and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC and 5-axis machines for various plastic parts
• Select tools, set cutting paths, and determine speeds/feeds
• Support and train CNC machine operators
• Ensure quality through accurate measurement and troubleshooting
• Create and review technical drawings and machining plans
• Maintain machines and document activities across shifts

Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD and CNC routers
• Strong math and geometry skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Able to lift 50 lbs and follow safety procedures
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required
