Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, operating various types of industrial machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of our products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC (computer numerical control) machines and other industrial equipment to fabricate, assemble, and finish steel and construction materials
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor production processes and identify any issues or discrepancies, taking appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain detailed records of production activities and completed work
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience as a CNC Operator or similar machine operation role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

:
- Formal training or certification in CNC operation or industrial machinery
- Experience in the steel or construction materials manufacturing industry

Working Conditions:
This position involves working in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy materials, and operate machinery that may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and other physical demands. A flexible schedule, including potential overtime, may be required to meet production needs.

Compensation and Benefits
$20- $24 D.O.E per hour
