CNC Machine Operator in Mequon

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Operate and monitor machining equipment (CNCs, lathes, mills, etc.)
• Load parts and ensure machines are running safely and efficiently
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Make basic adjustments to tooling and offsets to maintain quality
• Identify and report issues with machines, tooling, or part quality
• Replace worn or broken tooling as needed
• Complete production documentation, tags, and reporting
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (6S standards)
• Support continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives
