Job DescriptionNow Hiring: CNC Machine Operator
  Location: Bartlett, IL
  Pay: $23.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)

• Set up and operate CNC machines following detailed specifications 
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders 
• Monitor production to ensure high-quality, precision parts 
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges 
• Make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency 
• Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace 
• Accurately document production and report discrepancies 

What We’re Looking For

• CNC machine operation experience () 
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills 
• Team player with the ability to work independently 
• High school diploma or equivalent 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines 
• Familiarity with G-code or basic CNC programming 
• Manufacturing or production background
