CNC Operator
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 (based on experience) 

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight 

Location: Wheeling, IL

Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements: Resume / Interview / Authorization to work in the U.S.

Our client is a precision manufacturing company specializing in high-quality components and machining solutions. They are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join their growing team and support operations on both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills with Mazak and Haas equipment machines using Mazak and Fanuc controls.
• Load and unload parts into machines.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy throughout production runs. 
• Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machines (lathes or mills) .
• Familiarity with Mazak, Haas, and/or Fanuc controls is a plus.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools. 
• Attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude. 
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 
• Willingness to work assigned shift (day or evening).
