We're hiring CNC Machine Operators to work in Phoenix, AZ. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, operating and monitoring CNC machines to fabricate high-quality components and equipment for our sustainable energy solutions. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and fabricate a variety of materials
• Perform regular quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product specifications
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong technical aptitude and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in operating CNC machine control panels and programming
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in operating punch machines or bending machines is also .
