Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce hubs, rotors, and drums according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Maintain adherence to production schedules while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report any machine or tooling issues to supervisors.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous CNC machining experience required; experience with automotive or trucking components .
• Strong quality inspection skills and hands-on experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification is a plus.
