CNC Machine Operator (2 month contract)

Contract position - 2 months
Shift - 1st OR 2nd
Time - 6am - 2pm OR 2pm - 10pm

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team and play a vital role in producing high-quality components for our products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating machines, verifying part quality with gauges, making adjustments to keep parts within specifications, and performing routine maintenance. You’ll also be the first line of quality control, ensuring every piece meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and run CNC machines, verifying first-piece quality.

• Operate equipment to produce components that meet all specifications.

• Use gauges and blueprints to maintain tolerances.

• Perform mechanical adjustments and basic preventative maintenance.

• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to read blueprints and use gauges/measurement tools.

• Basic math skills (decimals, metric system).

• Team player with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Good attendance and reliability.

• Ability to pass a drug test.

• PPE compliance (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, no jewelry, etc.).
