Location: Bend, Oregon

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Salary:

• Unlicensed: $77,980 – $114,100/year
• Licensed: $84,480 – $123,600/year
• Sign on Bonus: $5,000 (terms and conditions apply)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our psychiatric and behavioral health day treatment program for children. This role is responsible for managing the treatment and direct care programs, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, therapeutic effectiveness, and client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the therapeutic milieu and treatment programs.
• Supervise clinical and direct care staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor program effectiveness and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field required.
• Current clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) but not required.
• Experience working with children in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting.
• Leadership and program management experience are strongly .
