Role Summary: The Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a team of clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Implement and maintain clinical protocols and best practices in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Monitor and manage clinical budgets and resources effectively.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, embryologists, and administrative leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning for the clinical department.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- RN OR BSN
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a fertility/reproductive endocrinology setting.
- Proven leadership or management experience within a clinical healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of IVF protocols, reproductive technologies, and patient care pathways.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical operations and lead a diverse team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
