Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.

Your Responsibilities
As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will:
- Assess the acceptability of specimens for testing based on established criteria.
- Perform routine and complex technical procedures according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot lab instrumentation to ensure optimal functionality.
- Make informed technical decisions regarding testing and problem-solving.
- Prepare, test, and evaluate new reagents or controls.
- Deliver accurate and timely test results to enhance patient care.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.
- Manage testing bench supplies and assist with specimen processing as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a relevant non-traditional degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience, or an MLS degree.
- ASCP or AMT certification ().
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with computers; familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus.
- A keen attention to detail, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to pass a standardized vision screen.
- Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed.
