WEEKLY TRAVEL PAY PACKAGE (resides out of 50+ miles)

Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid :- $1,309.00

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable):- $1,061.12

Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable):-$397.92

Weekly Gross:- $2,768.04

Job Description:

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) performs complex laboratory tests on patient specimens to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. This role ensures accurate and timely test results while maintaining quality and compliance with laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and blood bank
• Analyze blood, urine, and other body fluid samples
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
• Interpret and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, CAP, OSHA)
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding test results
• Train and mentor laboratory staff or technicians (if applicable)
