About the Role

We are a fast-growing, white-glove IT services provider supporting high-performance businesses across the country with a focus on Connecticut and New York City, including financial services firms and professional organizations.

We are looking for a motivated, early-career technologist who wants to accelerate their growth by working directly with clients, deploying modern IT systems, and solving real-world problems.

This is not a traditional helpdesk role. You will work hands-on in client environments, participate in projects, and gain exposure across cloud platforms, security, networking, and endpoint management.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support to client environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user, system, and network issues across diverse environments
  • Deploy and support Microsoft 365, endpoint management (Intune), and security platforms
  • Participate in on-site client projects in Connecticut and New York City
  • Configure and support workstations, networks, and business-critical systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ticketing records
  • Identify opportunities to proactively improve client environments

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on IT experience
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
    • Windows administration
    • Networking administration and troubleshooting
  • Comfortable working directly with end users and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and follow through independently
  • Motivated, coachable, and looking to grow quickly

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Based out of New Haven, CT office with client travel (including Manhattan)
  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Additional hours available for project work and compensated accordingly
  • Combination of in-office, and on-site client work
