SUMMARY: The Client Support Specialist provides efficient and timely administrative support for our clients and business operations in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner while focusing on a superior client experience with each interaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the support email and main phone line, responding or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide outstanding customer service; maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner.
- Identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement; share customer feedback so that services can be improved.
- Respect client and neutral confidentiality at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 years’ experience in office administration, with 2 years’ customer service experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or legal industry .
- Paralegal certification OR 2-5 years’ experience working in the legal profession .
- Proficient and competent in technology systems, specific skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox. NetSuite experience desirable.
