Job Title: Client-Site Systems Engineer (MSP)

Location: Greater Green Bay Region (Various Client Sites Local Travel)

Compensation: $65k - $85k + full benefits

Were a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) that delivers full-scope IT solutions to businesses of all sizes. Due to growth, were looking to add a hands-on Client-Site Systems Engineer who enjoys working in diverse technical environments and supporting a wide range of clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-facing role - working directly with customers to assess, deploy, and maintain their technology infrastructure.

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to understand client needs during pre-sales and onboarding stages
• Perform on-site technical assessments: inventory systems, map infrastructure, and document network devices
• Lead new client onboarding: install and configure workstations, servers, firewalls, and various systems
• Partner with remote engineering teams to coordinate larger deployments or troubleshooting
• Deliver ongoing in-person and remote technical support as needed
• Support a wide array of environments and technologies - no two days are the same

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Strong understanding of network, server, and security fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server, VMware, M365; Fortinet experience is a plus
• Comfortable lifting and transporting IT hardware (workstations, servers, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
