Overview
We’re partnering with our client, a healthcare organization based in Chicago, that works with a range of partners to support the coordination and execution of complex, multi-party initiatives focused on improving access, efficiency, and overall delivery outcomes.
They are seeking a Client Services & Systems Analyst to join their growing team. This role supports day-to-day client deliverables, helps maintain accuracy across internal systems, and ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
This is a detail-oriented position best suited for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving through operational challenges, and keeping multiple moving parts organized in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and maintaining client-facing workflows within internal systems
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely execution of ongoing deliverables
- Monitor activity and flag discrepancies, issues, or areas requiring attention
- Manage escalated inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners through resolution
- Prepare recurring reporting summaries on a weekly and monthly basis
- Support communication with external partners and track incoming requests through completion
- Coordinate updates across external networks, including onboarding, offboarding, and status tracking
- Maintain and refine internal documentation and support SOP improvements
- Help ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting outputs
- Contribute to process enhancements and assist with ad hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, coordination, operations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy and quality
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort working in Excel and/or CRM or reporting systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
