MISSION:
As the Client Service Division Lead at Revival Construction, you'll manage warranty work, maintenance, and smaller-scale projects for our existing clients, ensuring their homes remain beautiful, functional, and timeless. You'll be a trusted problem-solver, point of contact, and project leader-balancing hands-on execution with proactive planning and exceptional communication.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead with Service:
You'll be the face of Revival's Service Division-managing warranty items, home maintenance, and special projects with the care and professionalism our clients have come to expect. You'll ensure each client interaction is handled with empathy, urgency, and a focus on quality.
Manage Projects Independently:
From kickoff to closeout, you'll own the delivery of service projects-coordinating trades, managing schedules, ordering materials, and performing light hands-on repairs when needed. You'll also use BuilderTrend daily to track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and stay organized.
Communicate Like a Pro:
You'll be a key liaison between clients, designers, trade partners, and the internal team. Your ability to communicate clearly, set expectations, and build lasting relationships is critical to delivering outstanding service and maintaining client trust.
Coordinate & Collaborate:
You'll participate in team meetings, project walkthroughs, and ongoing coordination with our production team, keeping a pulse on active builds and ensuring a seamless transition into the warranty phase.
Problem-Solve Creatively:
Our ideal candidate doesn't just fix issues; they find smart, lasting solutions. You'll tackle challenges with a calm demeanor, strong judgment, and a "get it done" mindset.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven experience in residential construction or service project management
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle moving parts
- Ability to lead trades and subs, schedule efficiently, and drive accountability
- BuilderTrend or similar project management software experience
- Comfortable with light carpentry or hands-on repairs when needed
- A truck/van for transporting tools/materials (vehicle allowance provided)
- A growth mindset-you seek feedback, learn from mistakes, and keep improving
