Client Project Manager - Battersea - 32k-40k

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Client Project Manager role is a full-cycle client delivery position combining sales, project management, account handling, and operations. You'll be responsible for winning work, quoting and scheduling jobs, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction-from the first call to final payment.

About You:

Experienced in Construction & Refurbishment: Background in property maintenance, residential/commercial refurbishments, or construction-ideally in roles such as Project Manager, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or similar.

You'll need a strong understanding of how building services operate-from quoting to project delivery-and a clear grasp of trade workflows and client expectations.

Commercially Driven: Confident managing project costs, quoting for works, and driving revenue through proactive client management and enjoy taking full ownership and looking for ways to improve processes and performance.

You will be liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams-both in writing and over the phone, juggling multiple projects, quotes, and job schedules keeping things moving to tight deadlines and dealing with any issues that arise whilst using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft 365 to track and managing your workflow.
