Client planning operations assistant
Job DescriptionJob Description
The Operations Assistant works directly with firm Advisor to provide one-to-one support. This person must have a deep understanding of the company’s vision, mission, and core values, as well as the sales process.
General Responsibilities:
· Managing email as needed to include screening for required responses and follow-up
· Managing calendar to include new scheduling, communicating with parties, confirmations
· Preparing written communications on behalf of senior leadership
· Administrative Tasks, including copying and filing
· Answering phone calls, checking voicemail and disseminating accurately
· Organizing meeting and personal travel, setting and confirming itineraries
· Supporting meetings (agendas, background research, recaps)
· Ensuring the director stays promptly on schedule
· Office organization and restocking, including light cleaning as needed
· Conducting and preparing any research that the director may require
· Occasional personal errands
· Various ad hoc requests

Skills and Competencies:
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
· Experience with event planning
· Experience ordering and maintaining inventory of promotional items
