Job Description
The Role:\n\nWe’re seeking a hands‑on, results-driven Client Implementation & Project Manager to join our PMO team.\n\nConstellia is a dynamic and growing business committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are building a strong operational infrastructure to support our continued growth — and this role sits at the heart of that mission.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead and manage strategic ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.\n\n * Own and enhance the full end-to-end client onboarding process (Gold, Silver, Bronze clients), ensuring a smooth and professional implementation experience.\n\n * Continuously improve the customer journey by working closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, MD, COO, and heads of key business units.\n\n * Drive a variety of project types — from business operational improvements to technology platform rollouts — acting as the central PMO owner.\n\n * Anticipate and address potential risks, roadblocks, or opportunities before they arise, applying a proactive mindset.\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (senior management, business units, technical teams, external partners) to ensure successful and cohesive project delivery.\n\n * Ensure all tasks are delivered on time, to high quality standards, and in line with company goals.\n\n * Identify and implement best-practice project management processes to help the company scale efficiently.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) level 4+; degree-level education (or equivalent experience) .\n\n * Proven experience as a Project Manager — ideally in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Experience with client implementations or technology‑based projects is a strong advantage.\n\n * Demonstrable track record of delivering multiple projects on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes.\n\n * Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.\n\n * Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.\n\n * A proactive, self‑starting attitude, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently when required.\n\n * Experience or familiarity with practical project management tools and techniques.
