Youll coach and inspire our call center reps (both in-office and remote) to deliver world-class service, follow smart processes, and make every single client feel like theyre our top priority. What Youll Do
- Lead from the Front: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of call center representatives, both in-office and remote, to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
- Champion the Client: Reinforce the value of every phone call and ensure that clients feel heard, helped, and cared for from the very first moment.
- Develop a Winning Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and continually mentor CSRs so they grow right alongside the company.
- Set the Standard: Implement and uphold scripts and processes that create excellence every single time.
- Measure & Motivate: Track KPIs like booking rates, call quality, and client satisfaction, and celebrate wins with your team.
- Adapt & Elevate: Find ways to keep a remote team engaged, connected, and performing at their peak.
- Leverage Technology: Use FieldEdge & Dialpad to drive efficiency, accountability, and results.
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience leading customer service or call center teams (bonus if youve led remote or hybrid teams).
- A background in HVAC, plumbing, or home services industries is highly , youll hit the ground running.
- A proven record of coaching, training, and growing teams to hit performance goals.
- A deep belief in the value of processes and scripting, not as rigid rules, but as tools to deliver consistent excellence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with clients and with your team.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar dispatch software is a big plus.
